Our Process
We dedicate a minimum of 40+ hours to your journey, spanning from the initial phone call until your return home. Our trip planning fees encompass the initial consultation, discussing your trip aspirations and expectations, along with dedicated time for researching, crafting, and refining a tailored proposal for your ideal itinerary. We handle all aspects of booking, management, and support throughout your journey.
Typically, the properties we collaborate with to craft our exceptional travel experiences start from $750 to $1,000+ per room per night. Our comprehensive ground service packages, inclusive of chauffeurs, guides, and unique experiences begin at $1,000 per person per day.
Pricing
Our travel design rates are determined by the number of travel days and the total number of travelers on each itinerary. All logistics and land arrangements, including accommodations, flights, trains, transfers, tour arrangements and scheduled activities are included.
In the initial stages of planning, we require a retainer, with the final deposit due upon approval of the itinerary.
We are open to all clients and their varied budgets, but our expertise is often aligned with travel budgets starting at $10,000+ for extended weekend getaways and $25,000+ for week-long curated vacations and tours.
